Roblox: Hell's Kitchen Review and Game Codes

Roblox has come a long way since it began in 2006. I’m not an avid Roblox gamer, but I have seen it through its different phases. Recently, I had the time to play Roblox once again and found this new game called Hell’s Kitchen. I didn’t have any high hopes as many developers in the past tried to re-create games like these only to disappoint players. But man, when I entered the game, it felt like I was on a different platform.

If you’ve watched Hell’s Kitchen on cable TV or streaming services, you likely know how the show works. The great thing about this game is it’s completely similar to the show. There are still some areas for improvement, but all in all, it’s an entertaining game for me. Let me talk about that in detail below.

How Hell’s Kitchen Roblox Works

The game is simple since it’s mainly developed for kids. You spawn in a lobby server, then you have to go to a specific place to join the actual game. In the game, players will be divided into two teams – the red team and the blue team. I think the maximum number of players per game is 10, with 5 players for each team. If the teams are unbalanced, the system will have to balance it after an elimination.

The goal of each team is to score higher. The team with the lowest total score will have to pick one chef to eliminate. And if you’re only two in the team, the lowest scorer will be automatically kicked out.

Main Game

There are two main parts and three extras. The main parts of the game are the pre-service and the dinner service. Cool, huh? Just like what we see when we watch Hell’s Kitchen on DIRECTV.

1. Pre-service - Here, every player will only cook one dish, usually Tuna Tartare, and you will be scored based on it. Still, the team’s score will be averaged and the lowest-scoring team loses. Speed is very important in this round because, as I’ve noticed, even though your dish isn’t cooked to perfection, you will get a high score if you finish first.
2. Dinner Service - During the dinner service, every member of the team will cook as many dishes as you can within the given timeframe. Individual scores will be averaged, and the total average scores of every team member will be averaged as the team score. The same mechanics apply.

The three extras are the Find the Lamb Sauce, Pass the Demon Head, and the Obstacle Course. These games just give extra XP to those who win. But for the Pass the Demon Head, if you’re the last person holding it, you’ll lose some XP.

Power-Ups

Power-ups are also available in-game (purchasable by game money). You can use them to your advantage by slowing down the star chef of the opposing team or using them on yourself to make dishes cook faster. It’s as simple as that!

If there’s one thing that could make this game more realistic, it would be the punishments of the losing team. Whenever I’m watching Hell’s Kitchen on Flex TV, I literally look forward to the punishment part of the show, well, simply because it’s fun to see them struggling while the other team members are having the time of their lives.
